View the current status of orders

Keeps the respective Barker/Supervisor informed about the status of current orders i.e. whether the item is in preparation, time remaining for it to be ready,if it is delivered, etc.

Table/Bill-wise KOT with live update

As orders are placed, the table/bill-wise KOT’s are displayed on the screen. Live updates are also relayed to the chefs indicating changes in orders.

Monitor order status for takeaways and deliveries

Real-time information can be sent for takeaways and delivery to the packer about partially pending and ready orders.

Updates on the urgency of the order

The order taker can update the KDS from their PoketPOS device on the time-frame desired for preparation of the order e.g. if urgent or to be kept on hold for some time.

Splitting-up of order as per customer’s requirements

For the same order and customer, splitting up of orders into in-house dining and takeaway is possible and separate displays are accordingly sent to the staff.

Analytics and Reporting

Customized reports on the preparation time, cancellation, etc. can be generated and viewed leading to better insights and decision making.

Club similar items for quick preparation

In the Consolidated screen, similar items such as starters, main course,drinks, desserts, etc. can be grouped according toin-house dining or takeaway for faster preparation and better service.
